Note: I'm unsure about the line MacPhisto speaks in French just before the phone is answered – if anyone can confirm or correct it, please get in touch!

MacPhisto: "Off with the horns, on with the show. Look what you've done to me. You've made me very famous, and I thank you. I know that you like your pop stars to be very exciting... so I bought these."

Crowd: [cheer]

MacPhisto: "Around about this time in the evening's proceedings, I often like to make a telephone call. Sometimes to the President of the United States. But not tonight. Tonight I'm calling a taxi, to take me home. I'm very tired, you know."

[dials]

MacPhisto: "C'est bon d'être ici là."

Crowd: [cheer]

Woman: "Allô?"

MacPhisto: "Bonsoir?"

Woman: "Bonsoir Monsieur. ...Allô?"

MacPhisto: "Je m'appelle Monsieur MacPhisto."

Woman: "Mm?"

MacPhisto: "And... um... I would like to order a taxi to take me home as I'm rather tired."

Woman: "Yes? Er, whe-- uh, you are at the... the stadium at the moment? ...Allô?"

MacPhisto: "I am at the stadium, yes, I'm here with a few friends."

Woman: "Okay, sir..."

Crowd: [cheer]

Woman: "Whereabout at the stadium?"

MacPhisto: "Well, I, I can't really tell you that much about where I am – can I just say to you that I'm everywhere."

Woman: "No. Unfortunately not. Unfortunately not, you have to-- it, it has to be from a... very specific point, else I won't be able to send a cab to you."

MacPhisto: "But I'm everywhere."

Woman: "No, er, the thing is... er, do you know the main entrance?"

MacPhisto: "But I don't need to be there, because I'm everywhere."

Woman: "No, but I mean I can't send a, I can't send a cab in those conditions, it's impossible."

MacPhisto: "I know you very well, you know."

Woman: [scornfully] "Oh, do you really?!"

MacPhisto: "Yes, I know you probably even better than you know yourself."

Woman: "Oh! That's very [inaudible]."

MacPhisto: "And I would like to sing a song for you."

Woman: "Oh, that's very nice!"

[Ultra Violet begins]
