The 1966 World Cup when England won!" Crowd: [cheer] MacPhisto: "They haven't been winning much lately, now have they?" Crowd: "No!" MacPhisto: "What's happened, this noble country? We lost the Test... almost out of the World Cup... The Smiths have split up... there's only one man who can save us. Shall I give Graham Taylor a telephone call?" Crowd: "Yeah!" MacPhisto: [laughs] "Let me see now." [dials] MacPhisto: "When you're famous, people give you their telephone numbers, it's true." [continues dialling] MacPhisto: "Shhh." [phone rings for a while, then stops] MacPhisto: "He...hello?" Recorded message: "No-one is available at the present time. If you would care to leave a message, please do so after the tone. Thank you." MacPhisto: "Hello...? Sorry, there must be some mistake. This is Mr Mac...Phisto." [answerphone beeps] MacPhisto: [sings] "Walk on, with hope in your heart, and you'll never walk alone..." [holds receiver up to the crowd] Crowd: [singing] "You'll neeever walk alonnne!"
